This last Friday we went to the Pumpkin Patch with the girls. They all had so much fun and it really is amazing to watch them enjoy the experience so much. Maya was really adventursome and loved walking around checking out the animals and pumpkins all on her own. Occasionally, she would wander away from us and my eyes would furiously look around for her only to find her under a huge tree staring up at the branches...she LOVES to be under the branches of large fir trees. She and Addy followed Daddy through a small hay maze (which he admitted was quite difficult) and ended the maze with a slide down a very large fast slide. We all took the tractor to the pumpkin patch and played in the patch, picked out our favorites, and then it was time to go home. It was a great day. I continue to be so happy that Maya is at a place in life where we can just pick up and go on an outing whenever we feel like it (no nurses to cooridinate with and best of all no suction machine to lug around everywhere).
